My Biography
Cassie plays a pivotal role in supporting the advisers within the business ensuring that our clients are looked after by providing continuous progress updates, managing and developing our systems and coordinating with the whole team as well as providers and regulators to ensure our high standards are maintained.
Cassie enjoys nothing more than building good relationships with our clients and being able to ensure they are happy and confident that they are our highest priority at Cervello. She has built a great rapport with the clients and they are confident and comfortable to turn to her with any queries they might have.
Before joining the business Cassie had many years experience working within Children and Family services in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The experience, knowledge and dedication gained while working in this environment has put Cassie in great stead for the integral role she plays at Cervello and she has been invaluable in helping us ensure we run our business as effectively as possible.
As a mum of two girls as well as a business owner, Cassie knows a thing or two about organisation and making sure things run smoothly and efficiently.
