Our business had a birthday recently (it’s our 7th!) and I find myself reflecting on both some of the progress we’ve made and the fact we’ve got loads of work to do…

You see we work hard every day to give our clients a really decent service but are always looking to improve and innovate our service whilst ensuring we continue the personal and friendly service we promise our clients.

If I’m being perfectly frank when we things go wrong (which thankfully doesn’t happen too often) we apologise, aim to put things right as quickly as possible and put systems in place to ensure we consistently get things right in the future.

Currently our business is growing and we are in a position where we’re speaking to a number of financial planners and advisers about joining our business.

This growth is intentional but we’re in no rush. We’ve seen a decent number of advisers where the ‘fit’ wasn’t quite right.

The reason?

We want to make sure we grow in the right way…

The right way for us means that we look for certain trails…

We’re looking for advisers who are committed to delivering a fantastic service.

We’re looking for advisers who believe in looking after clients over the longer term.

We’re looking for advisers who are forward thinking.

We’re looking for advisers who want to join a growing, friendly and dynamic team.

We’re looking for advisers who want a say on how our collective business grows.

Now if you’re a financial planner or adviser reading this and you don’t identify with these traits…it’s probably not worth having a chat.
