Cervello Financial Planning is an independent financial planners based in Rainham, Essex and we are currently looking for an individual to support our advisory team.

Experience in working within a financial planning (or advice) firm may be useful but not essential. We recruit on attitude and skills and full training in all aspects of the role will be provided. We’ll also support your career progression and fund any exams you want to take.

You will part of the client support team and be actively involved in helping our advisers deliver an outstanding service to our clients…

Although we tend to recruit on attitude and values certain skills are useful…

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident and competent communication skills, verbal and written
• Any Financial Services qualifications are desired but not essential
• Willingness to learn and develop own career path

Initially you’ll be expected to do the following…

• Collation of data for analysis
• Research
• Compiling full compliance requirements and Suitability Reports
• New business preparation (illustrations, application/document preparation)
• Telephone work dealing with providers and our clients
• General office duties
• Business processing and research
• Keeping records on our CRM systems

Although it’s worth mentioning you’ll probably get involved in much more than this…we like finding new ways to impress our clients and will expect you to help us to consistently help us do this.
