An event you might be interested in…

If you’re an employer (or a professional who looks after employers) and are in London on the 4th of August there is a free event we are running which will be worth attending.

The event is on the morning of the 4th August starting at 9:30 am – 12:45 at the Malmaison, London (one of London towns nicest boutique hotels)

At the event we’ll be talking all things employer focused (including employment law, health and safety and of course auto enrolment)

To book in all you need to do is click here however tickets are limited and we apologise in advance if the event is already full, don’t panic! We intend on running a number of these type of events over the course of the coming year.

However if you have managed to book your place we look forward to seeing you there.

In case you want to know a bit more let me share what we’ll be talking about…

We’re holding this event in collaboration with Peninsula business services so at the event, David Passfield and Mit Parmar, will guide you through recent legal changes and offer up some practical advice to ensure:

• You’re getting the best from your staff through performance management.

• You’re aware of and meeting all relevant Employment and Health & Safety laws.

• You’re fully protected against upcoming legislative changes affecting your industry.

• Your employee documentation is accurate and effectively mitigating potential risks to your business.

Also I (that’s Chris Daems) will be exploring why employers need to comply with automatic enrolment to avoid financial penalties and what practical steps an employer needs to take in order to make the process of automatic enrolment compliance  a successful one.

I’ll also be explaining:

• Why you shouldn’t ignore automatic enrolment and how you can comply successfully.

• How you can avoid fines, provide your employees with the right information at the times and make sure the time you spend on automatic enrolment is reduced.

• How to successfully manage your automatic enrolment obligations within it’s ‘three circles’ – payroll, pension and regulation.

In addition to invaluable expert advice, you’ll also receive a warm welcome, refreshments and the chance to network with fellow business owners and professionals.

We look forward to seeing you…
