Many of you might be massively happy where you work…and I’ve always believed that if you’re working in an environment where you’re working with people you like spending time with, you’re respected and listened to and you can see genuine progression and growth it makes no sense.

However as we’re recruiting for our business at the moment we’re told by a number of people that certain financial advisory and planning businesses don’t listen particularly well to the people who work within their businesses and often find that they aren’t particularly respected.

If you’re a financial planner or adviser and you’re working with a team you love and where you’re listened to, in a business which provides you with the support you need and the development you want (as well as everything you’d expect from a financial planning business) you should absolutely stay where you are…it sounds like you’re part of a great business!
