As we approach the Christmas period I wanted to tell you about some changes we’re making here at ‘Cervello towers’ in 2017. These changes are designed to improve the service we provide to our clients but also to ensure we improve the way we communicate to our prospective clients and the professional connections who choose us to introduce their clients too.

Firstly we’re revamping our monthly communications. The ‘monthly newsletters’ are going to be replaced by topical relevant information designed to inform, educate and guide. If you don’t receive our monthly email and to pick up our new free ebook click here

Secondly we’re going to improving our systems. Whilst our clients tell us they love the personable but professional service we deliver this is backed up by the systems we use. These are (and should be) invisible to our clients but mean that we can ensure that our systems are as efficient as possible and we’re focused on spending more time speaking to you.

The details are how we’re doing this aren’t particularly interesting (unless you really love systems – which is a bit strange!) but if you do you’re more than welcome to give us a call where I can bore you to tears about CRM’s and process documents (that sounds like fun – doesn’t it?!). The important thing is we’re doing this so we can deliver a more efficient and personal service to more of our clients.

Thirdly we are adding more members to our team. I can’t make any announcements yet but you’ll see some additions to our team on the website over the coming months.

Over the course of the next year you’ll see a number of these updates. We’re evolving as a business and not only are we really excited about that we also want to make sure you know what we’re doing to improve how we we help you (and if you’re a professional who refers your clients to us).
